Compliant by default.
Every declaration, invoice, and consignment note generates straight from the order — no double entry. And the moment a document exists, your client can see it.
The schemes that matter, handled.
Built for Eastern-European intra-EU hauliers — twelve obligations you actually face, each either filed for you, tracked for you, or built and waiting for the deadline. Nothing here is a certification claim.
RO e-Factura
Invoices are issued natively as RO e-Factura and submitted to the ANAF SPV — in EUR, with the VAT line in RON at the BNR rate. No second system, no re-keying.
Read more →ANAF e-Transport
Your client declares the transport in the ANAF SPV and sends you the UIT. Druma keeps it on the order, beside the eCMR and the POD, so the code travels with the shipment instead of sitting in an inbox.
Read more →EU Cabotage tracker
Druma tracks the rolling 7-day window per country, so you know before a truck overstays — not after the fine arrives.
Driver hours & tachograph
EU 561/2006 driving hours are tracked per driver, with overrun warnings raised before the limit is hit — not flagged after.
Native eCMR
Druma issues the consignment note itself and seals it with an advanced electronic seal — no third-party eCMR service in the chain. Three-party sign-on-glass (planner, driver, consignee), AdES-grade under the 2008 CMR Additional Protocol and eIDAS.

From 9 July 2027 authorities must accept freight data electronically. Druma already serialises the road/CMR common data set, keeps an append-only operation log, issues a unique consignment identifier per order, and gives a roadside inspector a read-only view. Druma is not an Article 10 certified platform — this is readiness ahead of the deadline, not accreditation.
Peppol e-invoicing
Belgian B2B invoices route onto the Peppol network with per-invoice delivery confirmation, via our Access Point partner e-invoice.be. Druma is a sender on the network, not an Access Point itself.

The full FA(3) invoice build, session handshake and UPO retrieval against Poland's national gateway are built, for operators invoicing under a PL VAT number. It is in early access pending a live operator token — talk to us before you plan around it.
Mobility Package & posting of workers
The 8-week vehicle return, the 4-week driver return home, and posting declarations for the countries a driver actually worked in — tracked from the movements already in Druma, so the deadline surfaces before it passes.
CO₂ reporting (GLEC / ISO 14083)
Per-shipment emissions calculated on the ISO 14083 method from your vehicles' actual fuel consumption, reported well-to-wheel and aggregated for CSRD ESRS E1 disclosure — exportable per client, so the shipper asking for your carbon figure gets a number with a method behind it.
Fleet & driver document expiry
ITP, insurance, ADR, CEMT, tachograph cards, licences and medicals all carry an expiry date Druma watches. You get warned while there is still time to renew, and a driver whose card lapsed does not quietly stay assignable.

Every CMR, POD, and invoice appears in the client portal automatically — the moment it is generated. No email chains, no "can you resend that document?", no manual uploads. Your clients self-serve, and you stop being the inbox.
Run your operation, not your inbox.
